As a certified Precision Nutrition coach, Jenny offers a 12-week program that focuses on behavioral modification tools and guidelines on macronutrient/caloric intake. This program is devised to help clients with specific weight loss/weight gain/sport-specific goals through a practical approach.
The program includes weekly emails and/or calls (15-20 minutes) as well as bi-weekly measurement reassessments. All nutrition clients also get feedback/input on their workout routines and exercise selection.
